Cannot get this site to work ?
In March 2010 we moved our web site onto new servers, as such some of the code has had to be re-written to work with the new software. We have had several calls with issues on the ordering process, from collecting the order together to placing the order. We apologise if this has happened to you and hope it has not been of an inconvenience to you.
Reason: We have tested the site at all times through the movement of the site and are confident all services are running, we have however overlooked a problem many people have with browsers, they are not all set up to look for new pages when they go onto a site or clear the cache when the browser is closed, it is possible your browser is displaying an older version of the site to you stored locally on your computer.
Why: The main reason browsers do this is to improve speed of loading, so instead of checking for updated pages it displays the one in its own cache from a previous visit.
There are a few things to try out on your browser settings which may rectify the problems you are experiencing, this guide contains information on:
